Jog-a-Thon is a major fund-raiser for Hope Christian Academy which helps kick-start the year financially.   This endeavor allows the students to be actively involved in raising support for their education.  This is the only school fund-raiser where the students are asked to be actively involved. 

Student estimate how many laps they will be able to walk or run around the Badlands Activity Center track in one hour.  The students then ask for pledges from family, friends and neighbors.  On the day of jog-a-thon, they will be given one hour to complete as many laps around the track as possible.  This year's goal was to raise $25,000 for the 25th Anniversary.  HCA was able to raise over $28,000!.
